During the summer (2022) students will be matched with a College Coach who will:
· work with them during the summer on developing a strong College Essay and a well-researched College List.
· work with the student during the school year (September 2022 – May 2023) and assist them with completing and submitting college applications.
· Assist student – and family – with understanding their college financial aid packages and choices.
· Assist student in making a final decision on what school they will choose to attend.
Some highlights of the program include:
· $120/per student for college application fees.
· A personal College Coach to guide students through identification of colleges through review of financial aid awards and making a final college selection.
· All Summer sessions will take place in the evenings to allow students to work or earn community service credit this summer.
· School Year Sessions are scheduled monthly with coach sessions being scheduled based on the availability of the student and coach.

Two (2) meetings take place over two weeks - 2 group sessions that are informative/working sessions with the group as a whole and 2 individual sessions with the student to provide feedback on the list or essay. All sessions are virtual.
Pod Group Meetings: Pods will meet (virtually) 2x as a group and each student will have at least 1 individual meetings (30-45 min - schedule based on student availability). These sessions will focus on working and discussing the pod topic for that month.
Pod Outcome: At the completion of the two weeks, students will have developed a strong and well researched college list of schools to apply to this Fall. Our pods will provide you with the feedback and guidance and on developing a strong and viable college list of schools to consider applying to this Fall. Students will receive their final list at the end of the 2 week pod.
Cost of the program: $100.00. A $25.00 deposit (non-refundable) is needed to secure a space. A final bill - along with scheduled meeting dates and times - will be sent upon receipt of deposit.
